On a summer evening in Philadelphia, the life of 21-year-old Dymir Hawkins-Williams was tragically cut short. On July 10, 2019, on the 6100 block of Callowhill Street, the young Black male was caught in a hail of gunfire. Philadelphia Police officers responded to the scene at approximately 10:29 p.m. to find two individuals suffering from gunshot wounds.
