In the early hours of a Sunday morning over Memorial Day weekend, what began as a celebration with friends in Philadelphia's Fairmount Park tragically turned into a scene of violence that would ultimately claim the life of 20-year-old O'Neil Roy Cumberland Jr., a Black male.
