Shyheim Jones, a 23-year-old Black male, was tragically murdered on September 15, 2020, in Philadelphia, PA. He was shot in the chest around 2:03 p.m. while outside washing his car in the 1800 block of East Thayer Street in the Kensington section of Philadelphia. Despite being rushed to Temple University Hospital, Shyheim did not survive his injuries and was pronounced dead at 3:35 p.m.
