William Hughes, a 61-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity, tragically died on October 3, 2022, in Philadelphia, PA. He was shot in his eye while inside a property on the 5800 block of Angora Terrace. Despite being rushed to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, he succumbed to his injuries the following day.
