On the evening of Sunday, November 14, 2021, a 42-year-old Black/African American man named James Faruq Robinson, known to his loved ones as 'Noonie,' was found lying in the street on the 3200 block of Defense Terrace in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It was around 8:00 p.m. when Philadelphia Police officers responded to the scene and discovered that Robinson had sustained a gunshot wound.
