Michael Strong, a 21-year-old Black male, was tragically killed on January 7, 2017, in Philadelphia, PA. Michael was known for his generosity and caring nature, often helping friends and neighbors without expecting anything in return. On the day of his death, he had been shoveling snow for elderly neighbors and refused payment for his work. Shortly after returning home, he went back outside and was shot, succumbing to his injuries at Temple University Hospital.
