On a grim Thursday morning in Southeast Washington, D.C., the discovery of a burning car unveiled a tragic and violent end to a young life. Inside the vehicle, authorities found the remains of 30-year-old Milton Antoine Swinson of Fort Washington, Maryland. The incident, which occurred on March 19, 2015, in the 4200 block of Livingston Road SE, was quickly determined to be a homicide.
