On March 19, 2015, Milton Swinson, aged 30, was tragically shot and killed in the 4200 block of Livingston Road, SE, Washington, D.C. The incident occurred at approximately 7:16 AM. Responding officers from the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) found Swinson with gunshot wounds, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain unclear, and the case is still unsolved.
