Jeffrey Otero, a 31-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on August 31, 2019, in Philadelphia, PA. He was one of six victims who succumbed to injuries sustained during a violent Labor Day weekend that saw multiple shootings and stabbings across the city.
