The incident occurred when Philadelphia Police officers conducted a vehicle investigation on a Toyota Rav4 at Frankford Avenue and Castor Avenue. The vehicle was transporting Harry to the hospital when officers intervened. A suspect was later arrested on February 10, 2020, and charged with murder, possessing instruments of crime, tampering with evidence, obstructing justice, and several other related charges. The case is still pending trial.
