Death by Force

Jason Marcial, a 32-year-old Black male, was fatally shot in Philadelphia on April 29, 2016. The incident occurred at approximately 2:20 p.m. on the 1400 block of North 4th Street. When Philadelphia Police Officers arrived at the scene, they found Jason suffering from a gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to Hahnemann University Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries later that afternoon.
