Brandon Suttles, a 15-year-old, was tragically murdered on August 25, 2007, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was shot and killed in what remains an unsolved case, with no arrests made to date. The Philadelphia Police Department has kept his case open, but, like many others in the city, it has faced significant challenges in solving it due to a lack of witnesses and leads.
