Charles Wilson, a 54-year-old Black/African American male, was found wounded in Philadelphia on the afternoon of Wednesday, December 23, 2020. At about 2:56 p.m., Philadelphia police responded to the 1700 block of North 27th Street, where they found him lying in the street with a gunshot wound to his abdomen. The scene was in the 22nd District, in the Brewerytown/North Philadelphia area, not far from where Wilson lived on North 28th Street.
