In the early hours of a Wednesday morning, the life of Marshall Wall, a 55-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short on a Philadelphia street. On September 22, 2021, at approximately 1:14 a.m., gunfire erupted on the 1700 block of St. Paul Street. Responding Philadelphia Police officers discovered Wall at the scene, suffering from a gunshot wound.
