In the early morning hours of Saturday, October 19, 2019, a tragic event unfolded that would cut short the life of a young Philadelphia man. Safir Johnson, a 22-year-old Black male from the 4600 block of Hurley Street, was brought to Jefferson-Frankford Hospital in a private vehicle at 12:22 a.m..
