Safir Johnson, a 22-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on October 19, 2019, in Philadelphia, PA. He was brought to Jefferson-Frankford Hospital in a private vehicle around 12:22 a.m., suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite being transferred to Jefferson-Torresdale Hospital for further medical treatment, Safir succumbed to his injuries that same morning. The incident occurred on the 4600 block of Hurley Street in Philadelphia.
