Javier Pagan-Corales, a 31-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on December 25, 2021, in Philadelphia, PA. On that fateful day, Philadelphia Police officers responded to a call at the 100 block of West Gurney Street, where they found Javier in the street, having been shot multiple times.
