Emanuel Pedraza, a 40-year-old male, was tragically shot on East Tioga Street in Philadelphia, PA, on December 23, 2021. At approximately 9:37 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to the scene and found Emanuel suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite their efforts to save him, he was transported to Temple University Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries later that night.
