On April 17, 2016, Edwin Laboy, a 46-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, was tragically killed in Philadelphia, PA. The incident occurred in the Kensington neighborhood, where Laboy was one of three victims found shot in the head inside a home on the 600 block of East Westmoreland Street.
