Justin Porter, an 18-year-old Black male, was tragically murdered on March 26, 2021, in Philadelphia, PA. At around 5:11 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to a call on the 4700 block of Oxford Avenue and found Justin lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds. He was quickly transported to Temple University Hospital, but despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries that evening.
