Rashawn Tahir Miller, a 21-year-old male from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost his life on April 21, 2018. He was fatally shot in the head during a house party in North Philadelphia, near the Temple University campus. The incident occurred just after midnight when a gunman opened fire into a crowd of people, resulting in Miller's death and the death of another victim, Viktoriya Manasyan, a 20-year-old woman from Holland, PA.
