James Wimberly, a 50-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on February 20, 2018, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was known affectionately as "Whimp" and was a well-known figure in his community, often helping friends and family with various tasks. On the day of his death, Wimberly was at the West Park Apartment Complex on the 4500 block of Holden Street in West Philadelphia.
