In the evening hours of Tuesday, February 20, 2018, the sound of gunshots pierced the air in the 4500 block of Holden Street in Philadelphia. Responding Philadelphia Police officers discovered 50-year-old James Wimberly, a Black male, lying in the grass on the grounds of an apartment complex. He was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
