Rafeeq Flamer, a 27-year-old Black male, was tragically found shot to death in the driver's seat of a white Kia Optima on the 3400 block of Grays Ferry Avenue in Philadelphia, PA, on September 21, 2021. He was discovered at around 5:16 p.m. by Philadelphia Police officers who responded to the scene. Flamer was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his torso and was quickly transported to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
