Talik Kahlil Monsanto, a 21-year-old Black male, was tragically murdered on the night of December 12, 2017, in Philadelphia, PA. Philadelphia Police Officers responded to the 200 block of West Westmoreland Street and found Talik lying face down in the street, suffering from a gunshot wound to the back of his head. Despite the immediate response from medical personnel, Talik succumbed to his injuries that night.
