Willie Walker, a 29-year-old male from Philadelphia, PA, was tragically murdered on December 3, 2021. At approximately 4:29 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to a call on the 1700 block of West Passyunk Avenue, where they found Willie lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds.
