Death by Force

Robert Alston, a 19-year-old African American male from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on August 22, 2015. The incident occurred in Pittsburgh, where Alston was a passenger in a vehicle driven by his friend, Eietyoung Kemp, also 19 years old. Kemp, who is African American, later explained that he was adjusting a firearm he had concealed in his underwear when it discharged. The bullet traveled through the front seat, striking Alston and causing his death.
