Dontrell Toliver, a 21-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on April 6, 2020, in a violent incident that shocked the community. On that fateful day, Baltimore Police officers responded to reports of a shooting at the intersection of North Montford Avenue and Jefferson Street around 2:39 a.m. Upon arrival, they found Toliver suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his arm, legs, and torso.
