Manuel Garcia, a 50-year-old Hispanic male, tragically died on November 22, 2020, in Philadelphia, PA. He was found lying on the sidewalk in the 2400 block of Ridge Avenue with a gunshot wound. Despite being rushed to Temple University Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries the following day.
