Kashiff Carr, a 34-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on October 28, 2021, in Philadelphia, PA. On October 23, 2021, Kashiff was found suffering from a gunshot wound in the 1900 block of Gerritt Street. Despite immediate medical attention and transportation to Jefferson Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries. Another victim, a 32-year-old Black male, was also shot but survived and was placed in stable condition.
