On October 17, 2023, at approximately 11:46 a.m., Philadelphia Police responded to a shooting incident on the 500 block of North 57th Street in West Philadelphia. Upon arrival, officers discovered 36-year-old Terrell Lubin lying in the street with a gunshot wound to the chest. They immediately transported him to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead shortly before noon.
