In the late summer of 2017, the life of 29-year-old Raphie Brandon was brutally cut short in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. On September 9th, authorities were called to a residence on the 7500 block of Overbrook Avenue to extinguish a fire that had broken out. Once the flames were suppressed, a grim discovery was made in the basement of the home.
