Shahjahan McCaskill, a 26-year-old man, was shot and killed in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in a tragic case of mistaken identity. On the evening of October 27, 2020, McCaskill and his lifelong best friend, Jarell Jackson, also 26, had just returned from a trip to Puerto Rico. Jackson was giving McCaskill a ride home.
