Fahim Abdul-Raheem, a 48-year-old Black male, was tragically killed on July 15, 2019, in Philadelphia, PA. He was shot multiple times in the head, chest, and wrist in Mt. Airy, Philadelphia, around 9:27 p.m. on Devon Street. Despite being rushed to Albert Einstein Medical Center, he was pronounced dead at 9:46 p.m.
