On January 10, 2022, Kelvin Quintero, a 25-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, was tragically shot multiple times on the 3000 block of Ella Street in Philadelphia, PA. He was found alongside another victim, 45-year-old James Weikel, who also succumbed to his injuries later that evening at Temple University Hospital. Despite the efforts of the Philadelphia Police Department, the case remains unsolved, and no arrests have been made.
