In the early morning hours of September 18, 2023, the life of 42-year-old Lucas L. Cordero, a white male, was cut short on the 2400 block of Aramingo Avenue in Philadelphia's Kensington neighborhood. At approximately 12:22 a.m., Philadelphia Police were dispatched to the location following reports of a person with a weapon. Upon their arrival, they discovered Cordero, a resident of Memphis Street, with multiple gunshot wounds. Paramedics pronounced him deceased at the scene at 12:48 a.m.
