On the night of May 19, 2021, Donnez Setzler, a 33-year-old Black male, was found lying in the street on the 800 block of North 50th Street in Philadelphia, PA. He had suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the head and chest. Police officers who responded to the scene immediately placed him in their patrol vehicle and rushed him to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, but he tragically died shortly after arrival.
