Corey Bratcher, a 17-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 19, 2014, in Shannon, North Carolina. Corey was at his home on Gina Boulevard when shots were fired into the residence from outside. Multiple people were inside the home at the time of the shooting. Corey was struck by the gunfire and was subsequently transported to Southeastern Regional Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
