Steven Ray Locklear, a 36-year-old male from Raeford, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on February 24, 2020. He was found with gunshot wounds in Shannon, North Carolina, and was pronounced deceased at the scene. The incident occurred around 3:30 AM when deputies responded to a call about two individuals being shot. Alongside Steven Ray Locklear, another individual, Darrell Dennard, 39, of Shannon, was also found with gunshot wounds but survived the incident.
