Johnathan Alex Nipper, a 38-year-old man from Shannon, North Carolina, was tragically shot to death on March 28, 2017. The incident occurred at Piney Bay Mobile Home Park in Shannon, where officers responded to a call and found Nipper with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body. The Hoke County Sheriff's Office immediately launched an investigation into the murder.
