Devin Ray Locklear, a 48-year-old male from Shannon, North Carolina, was tragically killed on April 13, 2019. Devin, who was affectionately known as "Super D," was found dead in the front seat of his vehicle on Truck Lane. The Robeson County Sheriff's Office reported that the incident occurred around 8:30 a.m. and was the result of a dispute between Devin and Kendrick Barlie Worriax.
