Jon-Marvin Revels Jacobs, a 17-year-old boy from Shannon, North Carolina, was tragically shot to death on January 19, 2019. The incident occurred in the Shannon area of southeastern Hoke County. According to the Hoke County Sheriff’s Office, residents found his body on the 3200 block of Balfour Road around 9:45 a.m. on that fateful Saturday.
