Joshua Anthony Soto, an 18-year-old national junior ice dancer with Olympic dreams, was tragically shot and killed during a robbery at a home in Philadelphia's Harrowgate neighborhood on November 6, 2021. Soto was visiting a friend, referred to as "Z" in court documents, who was dealing marijuana at the time.
