Joseph Toms, a 33-year-old White male, tragically lost his life on October 28, 2020, in Philadelphia, PA. He was shot and killed while waiting for a parking spot outside his home on South Bouvier Street in South Philadelphia. Surveillance footage showed two masked suspects approaching Toms' white work van and firing into it, hitting him in the chest. He was transported to Jefferson University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
