On November 22, 2021, Jose Perez, a 28-year-old Hispanic male, was fatally shot on the 2700 block of North Lawrence Street in Philadelphia, PA. At approximately 11:01 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to Episcopal Hospital, where Jose had arrived in a private vehicle after being shot multiple times. Despite the efforts of medical personnel to save his life, Jose succumbed to his injuries at 1:29 a.m. on November 23, 2021, at Temple Hospital.
