Dyewou Nyshawn Scruggs, a 20-year-old male from Philadelphia, PA, was tragically murdered on December 24, 2020. He was found lying in the street on Wynnewood Road with multiple gunshot wounds to his torso. Despite being rushed to Lankenau Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries that morning. Scruggs was a former player for Frankford High School's football team and was known for his comedic personality and ability to make people laugh.
