Murdered

On July 7, 2023, at approximately 2:45 a.m., Philadelphia Police responded to reports of a shooting on the 6100 block of Locust Street in the Cobbs Creek neighborhood. Upon arrival, officers discovered Andrew Bullock, 47, and his wife, Nicole Lee-Bullock, 42, lying on the sidewalk near their residence. Both had sustained fatal gunshot wounds: Andrew was shot once in the face, and Nicole was shot once in the back of the head. Medics pronounced them dead at the scene.
