In the early morning hours of July 7, 2023, tragedy struck a family in the Cobbs Creek neighborhood of Philadelphia. Andrew Bullock, a 47-year-old man, and his wife, Nicole Lee-Bullock, were returning to their home on Locust Street when they were ambushed and fatally shot. The couple was just steps from their front door when the assailant or assailants opened fire, leaving them with multiple gunshot wounds. They were pronounced dead at the scene.
