Richard Allen Green, a 21-year-old aspiring musician from Jacksonville, Florida, tragically lost his life on July 9, 2017. Green, who was also known by his stage names Lil Richard, Richy Rich, and Billion, was found dead inside a car at the Highlander Apartments on Monaco Drive, off Dunn Avenue. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office reported that Green had been shot during a planned robbery that took place during a drug deal.
