Darnell Dues, aged 30, was shot and killed on October 28, 2017, in Jacksonville, Florida. The incident occurred in the Moncrief area near West 29th and Stuart Street, where Dues and another man, Dorian Brown Sr., were shot multiple times in what has been described as a drive-by shooting. Both men were fathers, and they were found at the scene with multiple gunshot wounds before being transported to the hospital, where they later died.
