Naaire Murray, a 17-year-old male from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost his life on September 8, 2014, due to a shooting incident. The incident occurred during an argument at a home in North Philadelphia. The investigation into his death led to the arrest of Jason Cassius "Louie" Broaster, an 18-year-old who was one of Philadelphia's most wanted fugitives at the time.
