On November 13, 2021, 27-year-old Jose Santiago Jr., a Hispanic male, was fatally shot on the 2800 block of C Street in Kensington, Philadelphia. He was struck by gunfire at approximately 2:30 p.m. and was later transported to Episcopal Hospital in a private vehicle.
