On April 7, 2023, at approximately 6:17 a.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to reports of a shooting on the 3100 block of Kensington Avenue. Upon arrival, they discovered 32-year-old Ryan Fagan suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Officers immediately transported him to Temple University Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
