Kasim Covil, aged 22, was tragically killed on March 21, 2014, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was found lying in the street on the 2800 block of North Park Avenue, having suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the head and chest. Philadelphia Police responded to the scene at approximately 12:04 p.m., and medical personnel pronounced Kasim dead at the scene.
